CED 2020 Overview
Conference for Engineering Diversity (CED) 2020
The mission of CED is to provide you professional and personal development workshops that will allow attendees to enhance the skills needed to enter and thrive in Silicon Valley. Participants have space to actively engage in conversation and increase their understanding of the role each stakeholder has and how to contribute to the advancement of diversity in the workplace.
Concurrent Sessions A and B
You can choose from 2 technical (TechTalks) and 2 non-technical (Professional Development) to maximize your experience at CED 2020. You will have the opportunity to enhance your information and knowledge about today’s technology and science, as well as personal and professional development.
Simply choose two workshops you interest in, one for each session. Please be prepared to connect and ask questions.
The CED features the morning, lunch, and evening plenary panels. The featured keynotes will share highlights from their diversity and inclusion insights and professional experience regarding the diversity in technology and community that not only impacts the career path of the engineering but also the awareness of the San Jose community.
Diversity Caucus Discussion
The CED invites you to join and discuss the diversity and inclusion culture, awareness, advocacy in and outside your community with our featured speakers. This year’s Diversity Caucus Discussion Sessions are:
